Tender Loving Care Adult Day Health Center is a community based service that assists frail elderly, and dementia specific adults to remain living in their family or in an assisted living situation for as long as possible.
Independence is the goal for each Day care participant. Each individual’s abilities are enhanced so that he or she can remain as independent as possible. Our staff is committed to improving individuals quality of life and self esteem, and to provide families with support.
The center provides a well rounded program of health and social services in a congregate setting. Tender Loving Care Adult Day Health Center is an exciting alternative in the delivery of long term care services that has produced dynamic results for participants and their families.
